This policy explains what PakBids collects, why, and your choices. PakBids is a sole proprietorship in Pakistan.

What we collect

• Sign-up details: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, city, tender categories, registrations and any message you send.
• Billing records: plan, amounts, dates, invoice numbers and transaction IDs.
• Messages you send us by email.

Why we collect it

Only to run PakBids: to send your alerts and reminders, match tenders to your profile, contact you about your trial or subscription, handle billing, refunds and support, and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card details. The gateway shares with us only what we need to confirm your payment (such as amount, date and transaction ID). Bank transfers are recorded by reference and transaction ID.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't share them with advertisers. This website uses no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no tracking cookies.

Who processes it

Your details are kept with service providers we use to run PakBids, such as our web and email host and our payment gateway. They process it only on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by Pakistani law.

How long we keep it

While you are a customer, and afterwards only as long as needed for billing, tax and legal records.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe anytime, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it by emailing alerts@pakbids.com.

Tender information

Tender details come from public government notices. The official notice is always the authority.
